Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
A: We ship worldwide, including the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia and others. See below for more info on tracking details.
Q: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
A: U.S. residents: There is FREE shipping for new customers with minimum purchase of $25! This is great because T-shirts start at $25, so you can get free shipping with 1 item. This order applies to first order only, and good for up to $100, which is 4 T-shirts!

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: US residents: 2-3 weeks after order processing is fulfilled. Canada, UK & Australia: 90% of product(s) will be received within 3-4 weeks. Rest of World: 4-8 weeks to receive product(s).
Q: DO I RECEIVE TRACKING WITH MY PURCHASE?
A: US residents: You will receive tracking with every purchase. Canada, UK & Australia: 90% of purchases will receive tracking. Rest of World: No tracking. Laughing Fox Studios is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages, or packages sent to the wrong address. However, if the time-frame outlined above has surpassed and you have not received your product(s) please contact us and we will file a dispute on your behalf. Just let us know what happened and we will try and make it right.
Q: HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?
A: Items must be shipping back to our facility in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT TAXES?
A: Laughing Fox Studios cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee.
Q: I DON'T SEE MY SIZE OR COLOR AVAILABLE. HOW DO I SELECT IT?
A: When viewing a product, you can use the "Color" dropdown to select the desired color, and the "Size" dropdown for the size. Please note that if you click on the image of the color you want it doesn't always change to this selected color in the dropdown, so you have to also select it there. The same thing needs to be done if viewing artwork, as other sizes can be selected as well.
